Properly maintaining and servicing your Coffee Machine is essential to ensuring the taste of the coffee you are serving which is paramount, from time to time things break and do go wrong even on the best coffee machines. The call out you are purchasing includes the travel time to site and the first 15 minute on site and excludes parts.  Any extra time on site is billed at £15 per 15 minutes  (50% discount is applied to call out charge of £249 if you have a current maintenance contract in force combined with a purchase a coffee machine from FWC LTD) this offer is subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time in the future.

We’re here to help you keep your coffee machine going 7 days a week 24 hours a day , our team are available from Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30pm to carry out reactive callouts,  and solve the problems of your machine breaking down and we will also charge for any  parts if required.

FWC provide the maximum cleanliness for the hot drinks which your machine provides. Whilst the day-to-day maintenance is your responsibility we can also train your nominated staff how to keep on top of managing  reduced maintenance planning and keeping breakdowns and subsequent call outs to a minimum.
